EMBER'S RUNNER - PUPPY HUNT TRAINING

           Our newest addition at Pemberley is a lovely young girl by the name of Ember. She is sweet, outgoing, well tempered, sound and lives to tease her big brother Darcy. She is eager to learn and happy to work. Ember has the honour of being the first Liver Field Spaniel to reside at Pemberley.

           Recently Ember has followed in her Dad's footsteps, and earned Winners Bitch and Best Puppy in Speciality Show at the Fox River Field Spaniel Speciality for her first AKC Major. At her final Canadian Show as  a Puppy, Ember won back-to-back Best Puppy in Groups.

Ember's first live game

            Ember has begun her field training with whistle work and soft retrieves, Darcy was able to give her a head start in her whistle turns, stops and comes. 

Ember Stacked at 2 1/2 Months

            Ember was tested before coming to Canada in two seperate Temperament tests, a general health check, an Eye exam, and a Cardiac exam from a cardologist. 

           She continues to explore her enviroment with a fearless curiosity and is doing well in her socilization with other dogs, children, and adults alike.

Ember just in time for the last snow fall of the year, and her first snow ever.
